1.PREAMBLES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 These General Conditions regulate all terms and conditions concerning the services offered by the Artisan Association of the Province of Naples – Casartigiani through its web site.

2. SUBSCRIPTION
2.1 The subscription to Services offered by Casartigiani –the Artisan Association of the Province of Naples – through its web site is free obliging  the acceptance of these General Conditions. In order to enter services offered by FIMP (the Italian Association of Medium and Small Companies), the User has to fill in the subscription form.
2.2 The User undertakes to give his name, personal data, e-mail address and any other information required, in a correct and true way. The User undertakes to bring his registered personal data up-dated, including his e-mail address, so that they are complete and true at any time.

3. DURATION AND RECESSION
3.1 The services providing will start from the date of the User subscription and it will be considered valid for indefinitely time, except for the User right to withdraw and give up the Service use. The User withdrawal could be made at any time and with immediate effect by a written notice sent to Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples.
3.2 Casartigiani –Artisan Association of the Province of Naples – will be able to give up Services offered to the User at any time  from the first calendar day after its registration, by e-mail notice sent to the address given by the User and with effect from the first day following the date of this notice.
3.3 In case of violation by the User of any of these General Conditions, campaniainromania.it reserves the right, without warning, to stop the Services supply for the User.
3.4 Any complaint about the Service working have to be addressed, by e-mail, to info@campaniainromania.it

4. SERVICES USE
4.1 The right to use Services offered by Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples- is personal and not transferable to anyone else.
4.2 It is expressly forbidden to the User to insert or send, through Services, any kind of  material violating the third parties rights and those concerning public and private life; material that is  contrary to  law, order and morality, menacing, insulting and/or defamatory, coarse, obscene, blasphemous or inopportune; that instigates to criminal acts causing civil liability, illegal actions  conveying advertisements or promotional messages, without preventive and expressed approval by FIMP (the Italian Association of Medium and Small Companies),.
4.3 FIMP (the Italian Association of Medium and Small Companies) reserves the power to check the Services content, including forum, in order to verify that it is in conformity with the General Conditions and the laws in force.

5. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEE
5.1 It is expressly excluded any guarantee by the Italian Association of Medium and Small Companies concerning the Services continuance, possible breaks, suspensions or mistakes.
5.2 Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples- reserves the right to change and/or interrupt and/or suspend Services, partly or entirely, to change its contents, hours, availability and technical means required to accede and use Services; all this, must be communicated by e-mail to the User in adequate advance.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples- assumes no responsibility regarding:
any damage or  accident concerning the Services supply caused by : bad working, omission, cancellation, interruption, mistake, defect, operative and transmission delay, PC virus, bad working of  communication line, theft, destruction, non authorized access, alteration and use of documentation.
6.2 The User recognizes that Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples- will not be responsible for a possible defamatory, insulting and illegal behaviour of other Users or third parties and that the risk of possible damages falls on the personal responsibility of the User himself.
6.3 Web site campaniainromania.it can have hypertext links referring to other Internet sites. FIMP  cannot be considered responsible for the content of the external sites, the access working to these sites, and for the relations between the User and the owners of these sites.

7. REGISTERED MARKS
7.1 All marks appearing on campaniainromania.it belong to their respective owners.

8. COPYRIGHT
8.1 campaniainromania.it has got registered material which is protected by copyright, marks and other information subject to private ownership, including texts, photos, video, software, graphics, music, sounds and so on.
8.2 It is forbidden to the User to change, publish or convey this material and utilize its relative contents, neither completely nor partially, without a preventive written consent given by Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples.
8.3 The User undertakes to not introduce, on site campaniainromania.it, material protected by copyright, mark or third parties reserved ownership, if not following explicit permission of the owner of this copyright , mark or reserved ownership. The duty to determine if the material is not subject to some copyright right belongs to the User himself. He will be the only responsible for possible damages caused by the violation of copyright rights, reserved ownerships and any other damage caused by his material.
8.4 The User recognizes the right of FIMP,to copy, reproduce, revise, publish and distribute any material given by the User himself to the Association through the site campaniainromania.it

9. CHANGES IN THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1 Casartigiani – Artisan Association of the Province of Naples- reserves the right to change or modify these General Conditions. These changes, modifications, cancellations and additions will be effective immediately after their communication made by traditional post or e-mail. From this moment, accessing and using the site campaniainromania.it, the User must completely accept possible changes, modifications and additions.

10. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
10.1 These General Conditions are regulated by the Italian Law.
10.2 Any dispute between the parties concerning the interpretation and execution of these General Conditions will be under the jurisdiction of Naples Court.

INFORMATIVE REPORT ACCORDING TO THE LAW N°675/96 ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY.

We should like to inform you that Law n°675 of December 31, 1996 guarantees that personal data will be used in compliance with rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of natural persons, with special reference to confidentiality of information and personal identity. 1.	AIM OF DATA PROCESSING We inform You that the personal data processing has the following aims:
(a)	supply of the following services offered by our Association: answers to questions, participation in Forum;
(b)	Bills of sale or of collocation of goods and services offered, from time to time, also by third parties in our web site; 
(c)	Survey and definition of Your attitudes and commercial preferences through the elaboration of personal data You have given, and through Your net surfing and the access to default lists of Internet sites;
(d)	Use of  commercial patterns we have elaborated for aims of marketing and commercial communication;
(e)	Sending of commercial communications, literature and advertising material;
(f)	Communication of Your personal data and of commercial patterns we have elaborated to third parties, especially to our Company that, in its turn, could give these data even to third parties working in commercial and communication fields, for purposes of marketing, commercial communication and direct selling.


2.	PROCESSING CONDITIONS 
Processing will happen according to the following conditions:
Personal data You will freely communicate to us filling up the questionnaire, will be insert in a storage medium and used in confidence in order to allow the access to our services. Personal data processing will be done through tools which are suitable for guaranteeing security and privacy; it could be done even through automatic tools able to save, handle and convey these data.

       
3.	REFUSAL OF THE CONSENT
Personal data communication is optional; nevertheless, the refusal of the consent to Your personal data processing for the aforesaid purposes at point 1.(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), will cause the impossibility to go on with the complete supply of the offered services.

4.	USER RIGHTS
As regards the processing of Your personal data, You will be able to exercise rights provided in article13 of law 675/96 we publish hereunder:
1.	As regards the processing of personal data , the User has the right :
a)	to know, acceding freely to the register of the aforesaid article 31, paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of data processing that can concern him;
b)	to be informed about what is specify in article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b), h);
c)	to get, from the owner or the responsible, without delay:



      1.The confirmation of the existance or not of personal data concerning User, even though not   
    yet recorded, and communication of such data and their source in understandable 
    form, as well as the logic and the purpose related to the processing, the request can be   
    renewed at intervals not less than ninety days, unless there are well grounded reasons.
2. Cancellation, transformation in the anonymous way, or blocking of data that have been processed  illegally, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed.
3.	Updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data.
4.	certification to the effect that the operation as per numbers 2) 3) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom the data were communicated or spread, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a shown disproportionate effect compared with the right that is to be protected.
d) to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data   
      concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the collection purpose.
     e) to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it          
           is carried out for the purpose of commercial information, of sending advertising materials or  
           direct    selling, for the accomplishment of market surveys or interactive   
           commercial  communication, and to be informed by the owner on the possibility to carry out 
           this right free of charge no further than the time in which the data have been given or   
           spread.	
      2. for each request as per paragraph 1, letter c),number 1) the data subject may be charged a fee   
          which shall not be in excess of the costs actually incurred, in case there is no proved that the    
          data concerning him exist, depending on the procedures and within limits established by the 
          regulations as per article 33, paragraph 3
      3. the rights as per par. 1 referred to the personal data concerning the deceased, can be 
        exercised by any entity that is interested therein.
 4. the data subject can grant, in writing, proxy or power of attorney to natural people or  
  Associations in connection with exercise of the rights as per par. 1
5.the regulations on journalists professional secrecy are confirmed within the news source.
